In short
- No cookies, no analytics, no advertising.
- Fonts and images come from our own server. Nothing is loaded from third parties.
- We keep no access logs of your visits.
- There are no forms. If you write to us, you use your own email program.

2. Visiting the website
To deliver the page to you, our server has to process your IP address and the requested address. This happens only for the duration of the connection. We do not store access logs with IP addresses. Only technical server errors are logged, without reference to individual visitors.
The server is operated by Hetzner Online GmbH (Gunzenhausen, Germany) in a data center in Germany. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a working, secure website (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).
3. Name resolution (DNS)
The address easeacc.com is resolved via Cloudflare, Inc. Usually it is the DNS server of your internet provider that asks Cloudflare which server belongs to easeacc.com. Your visits themselves do not pass through Cloudflare but go directly to our server.
4. Cookies and browser storage
This website sets no cookies, which is why there is no cookie banner. Only if you pick a color theme (light or dark) yourself, we remember that choice in your browser's local storage. It never leaves your device, and you can delete it at any time through your browser's site data.
5. Contact by email or phone
If you write to us or call us, we process your details (such as name, email address, phone number and the content of your message) to answer your request. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (steps prior to a possible contract) or (f) GDPR (answering general questions). Our mailboxes run on Microsoft 365 (Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited). We delete requests once they are settled, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
If you explicitly ask us to let you know when EaseAcc is available, we keep your email address for that purpose until we have informed you or you tell us you no longer want this. There is no newsletter.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Just write to office@mani-it.at. If you believe we are not processing your data correctly, you can lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (dsb.gv.at) or the supervisory authority in your country.
7. The EaseAcc application
The application itself is not yet publicly available. Before it launches, we will add here which data it processes and provide a data processing agreement.
